Welcome to the carpet cleaning terms and conditions page for Fresh N Clean SWFL Carpet Cleaning, Inc. By booking our carpet cleaning services, you agree to the following terms.

 

  1. General

1.1. Fresh N Clean SWFL Carpet Cleaning, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. By scheduling a service with us, the client (“you”) agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.

 

  1. Appointments and Scheduling

2.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a written agreement or payment of a deposit, if required.

2.2. Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee of $100 may apply for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

2.3. No-Show Policy: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time and place, a no-show fee of $150 will be charged.

2.4. Arrival Window: While we strive to arrive promptly, a service window of up to 30 minutes may be required due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. Services and Limitations

3.1. Scope of Services: Services provided are as outlined in your confirmed booking. Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.

3.2. Preparation: Clients must remove small items, breakables, and clutter from areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

3.3. Access and Utilities: The client must ensure access to the property and provide utilities (e.g., water, electricity) required for cleaning services.

3.4. Results: While we aim for the best possible outcomes, results may vary based on material type, condition, and prior treatments. Certain stains and damage may be irreversible.

 

  1. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Pricing: All prices are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges. A minimum service charge of $250 applies for residential services and $395 for commercial services.

4.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved checks.

4.3. Late Payments: Outstanding balances are subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days. Accounts delinquent for over 30 days may be referred to collections.

 

  1. Liability

5.1. Damage: We are insured for liability and take precautions to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

5.2. Health and Safety: We prioritize health and safety but are not liable for adverse reactions to cleaning solutions unless caused by negligence on our part.

 

  1. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1. We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within this timeframe to arrange a complimentary re-cleaning of the affected area.

6.2. This guarantee does not apply to stains or damage deemed irreversible or caused by improper aftercare.

 

  1. Special Conditions

7.1. Biohazard and Hazardous Conditions: An additional surcharge applies for biohazard cleanups. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

7.2. Emergency Services: Same-day or emergency services are subject to availability and an additional fee.

 

  1. Privacy

8.1. Client information collected during the booking process is used solely for service delivery and business operations. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.

  1. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
